SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

Chef Riccio invites the challenge to plan special menus for client’s unique dietary require-ments. He takes great pride in learning his client’s dietary goals and customizing each menu to the client’s personal taste. He works closely with parents, responsible family members, medical and community personnel for children and adults who have food allergies or in-tolerances.

Special diets or doctor prescribed diets are also happily accommodated. Chef Riccio provides in-home chef services and carefully plans meals for diabetics or others following medically prescribed diets, patients recovering from surgery or hospitalization and clients who need help with their weight loss plan.
